On-going, now through Oct. 9

•    Distribute posters/flyers in and around Bloomington. We will provide suggested locations.

Friday, Oct. 9 and/or Saturday, Oct. 10

•    Meet, greet, transport artists from IND airport to hotel in Bloomington

Saturday, Oct. 10

•    Transport artists to and from venues; some volunteers may be paired with artists for repeat rides on subsequent days; Oct. 10 venues include Monroe County History Center, John Waldron Arts Center, and Cardinal Spirits
•    Take photos and videos at venues 

•    Set-up at Monroe County History Center, 202 E 6th St, Bloomington, IN 47408, 10 a.m. for Saturday's Child, and at 12:30 p.m. for Deanna Bogart's workshop; need help moving piano from floor onto stage and back to floor 
•    Check-in workshop participants/observers at History Center and assist in selling merch, 1:15 - 3:15 p.m.
•    Take down tables and chairs after workshop at History Center, 3:15 p.m. 
•    Check-in observers at Keith McCutchen's performance/workshop at John Waldron Arts Center, 122 S Walnut St, 4:30 p.m., and help clean up after
•    Pick up artists from hotel at 7:45 p.m., transport to Cardinal Spirits, 922 S Morton St, return them to hotel at 10:15 p.m.

Sunday, Oct. 11

•    Pick up artists at hotel at 10:45 a.m., drive to Cardinal Spirits, 922 S Morton St, return them to hotel at 1 p.m.
•    Take photos and videos at venues:  3 p.m. at Buskirk-Chumley Theater, 8 p.m. at Lennie's
•    Help load-in/set-up vibes and equipment, 11 a.m., Buskirk-Chumley Theater, 114 E Kirkwood Ave.

•    Pick up artists from hotel,  transport to Buskirk-Chumley Theater, times TBA
•    Help tear down and load-out vibes and equipment, 7:30 p.m.
•    Pick up food/beverages from Bloomingfoods Co-Op, 316 W 6th St, take to Green Room at Buskirk-Chumley Theater, time TBA; Monitor food/beverages during concert, remove food, tidy-up Green Room after concert 
•    Help sell artist and fest merchandise, BCT, 2:30 p.m. until 7:30 p.m.; 2-hour shifts
•    Escort (walk or drive) artists to Bloomington Boogies After Hours at Lennie's, 514 E. Kirkwood Ave., after concert; escort them back to hotel at end of evening

Monday, Oct. 12

•    Take photos and videos at venues:  Fairview Elementary, Templeton Elementary, Jackson Creek Middle School, Tri-North Middle School, and IU Jacobs School of Music Simon Music Building SM 340, various times
•    Transport artists to and from venues during the day, various times
•    Transport artists to IND during the day, various times
